The Axalon Extractor for SharePoint extracts information from libaries and lists in SharePoint to other locations. The Extractor consist of a set of tools which enables you to select information, structure it and publish it to another location. For example a website or an Extranet.

The Extractor enables you to use all the benefits SharePoint gives through version management, workflows and storage. The Microsoft SharePoint Platform, particulary the earlier versions, is actually not so good at web publishing. Quite often companies and organizations have other products and systems for Internet sites. The Extractor is the solution for those who want the best of the two worlds. The Extractor can manage the information in a structured way and connect SharePoint with other web applications.

For example you may use an ordinary news list in SharePoint. The Connector can take the content and send it to another website and publish the content there. One list in SharePoint can handle both internal and external news. The news publishers are only working in SharePoint.

The administrator have a set of tools for structuring and configuring. Such as navigation, names, hidden files and time for the extraction

The Extractor can provide a whole site or just a part of it. For example a set of forms for Internet users or your company product Catalog which is managed in SharePoint. The Extractor also support other list objects such as blogs and wikipages in SharePoint.
